The challenge

Email open rates collapsed. Sales teams moved to WhatsApp. Their tools didn’t.

By 2023 most B2C and high-touch B2B sales teams had quietly migrated their outbound to WhatsApp. The catch: they were doing it on personal phones, with no shared inbox, no analytics, no CRM integration and no compliance trail. WhatsApp was driving the deals; the rest of the stack couldn’t see them.

WhatsAble was built for that team. A multi-seat WhatsApp Business SaaS where reps share one workspace, contacts deduplicate across the team, chatbots handle first-touch qualification, bulk campaigns go out under approved templates, and every conversation lands in a searchable CRM-like ledger.

Our approach

Shared-inbox first, automation second

We built the shared inbox first because that’s where the daily pain lives. WebSockets keep every rep’s screen in sync, conversation assignment is automatic with manual override, internal notes are visible to teammates but invisible to recipients, and SLAs are tracked per conversation so leadership sees response-time decay in real time, not at the end of the month.

Bulk campaigns and chatbots sit on top of that. Campaigns respect Meta’s template approval and per-tier sending limits; chatbots use a no-code builder so non-technical operators can ship qualification flows without engineering. The platform integrates cleanly with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho out of the box, with webhooks for everything else.

Buyer FAQ — WhatsApp Business SaaS like WhatsAble

WhatsAble is a multi-seat WhatsApp Business SaaS for sales, support and marketing teams who use WhatsApp as their primary customer channel. It adds a shared inbox, contact management, chatbots, bulk campaigns and CRM integrations on top of the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Personal WhatsApp Business is a single-phone, single-user app. WhatsAble is a multi-seat workspace where many reps share one number or many numbers, conversations are assigned and tracked, SLAs are measured, and every interaction is auditable. It is built for teams, not individuals.

A white-label WhatsAble re-deployment with your branding, billing and integrations typically ships in 6 to 10 weeks. A fully custom multi-tenant WhatsApp SaaS for resale (with your own pricing tiers and admin) takes 14 to 22 weeks.

Yes. A no-code chatbot builder is included for first-touch qualification, FAQ answering and lead routing. Bots can hand off to human reps based on configurable triggers, time-of-day or buyer intent signals.

Yes. The campaign engine enforces Meta’s template approval workflow, respects per-tier rate limits, honours opt-outs, and surfaces quality-rating warnings before they cause throttling. Campaigns can be segmented by tags, geography and previous engagement.

Native integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce and Freshsales. Custom integrations are available on retainer. Webhooks and a clean REST API mean any modern CRM or data warehouse can be connected.

White-label WhatsAble deployments start at $5,800 USD. Custom multi-tenant SaaS with your own billing tiers, advanced analytics and reseller dashboards starts at $14,000 USD. Each project gets a fixed-price, itemised quote within 24 hours.

You own 100% of the source code, design files and infrastructure access. Customer data is stored on your own AWS / GCP / private cloud tenant — SpaGreen never accesses production data.
