WhatsApp and Telegram have very different APIs, very different rate limits and very different content rules. We built an internal Channel abstraction that hides those differences from the marketer’s view: a campaign is a campaign. Behind the scenes, WhatsApp messages go through template approval; Telegram messages don’t; both get queued, rate-limited per the channel’s rules, and reported on with a unified delivered/read/clicked schema.
The AI campaign builder uses OpenAI under guardrails: it can suggest copy, rewrite for tone, translate to 30+ languages and generate template variants for A/B testing — but the marketer always sees the final text before it goes out, and every prompt+output pair is logged for compliance reviews.
