Before Delix Courier, the operator was managing dispatch through a mix of Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and printed manifests. Riders received SMS pickup instructions, customer support had no visibility into parcel status, and proof of delivery was a photo on the rider’s personal phone. The model broke at roughly 800 parcels per day — that was the ceiling at which manual coordination collapsed.
The brief to SpaGreen Creative was specific: ship a production-grade courier and parcel management platform that could handle 10,000+ parcels per day per branch, support multi-branch operations, give head office a live view of every shipment, and reduce dependence on individual dispatch managers who held knowledge in their heads. It also had to integrate with existing accounting and payment workflows from day one — a clean cut-over, no parallel runs.
We started with a 10-day discovery sprint mapping every parcel state — pickup requested, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, returned, lost — and every actor that touches a parcel (merchant, dispatch manager, hub agent, rider, recipient, finance). That gave us a clean state machine and a single source of truth before a line of code was written.
From there, we ran 12 two-week sprints. Backend on Laravel with a MySQL data layer designed for shipment-volume scale (partitioned parcel tables, indexed status fields, cached merchant queries). Web admin in ReactJS for dispatch managers and finance. Rider operations through a mobile-friendly web app with offline-capable cache for handheld scanners. RESTful APIs from the start so third-party merchants, accounting tools and the future mobile rider app could integrate cleanly.
Delix Courier was developed end-to-end as an in-house product by SpaGreen Creative — design, architecture, build, QA and DevOps under one roof, with fixed-price sprint billing and weekly demos.

Aggregated telemetry from production deployments. Numbers compared against the pre-launch spreadsheet workflow.
We went from being held hostage by two dispatch managers who knew everything in their heads, to running 10,000 parcels a day with a small ops team. The Delix dashboard is now the first thing our leadership opens every morning.

Delix Courier is a web-based courier management and parcel tracking platform. It covers merchant order intake, hub-to-hub transfer, last-mile dispatch, rider mobile workflow, proof of delivery, cash-on-delivery reconciliation and a real-time tracking page for recipients.
A white-label deployment of Delix with your branding and a few custom workflows typically ships in 6 to 10 weeks. A fully custom courier platform with your own data model and integrations takes 12 to 26 weeks. Every project starts with a fixed-price 10-day discovery sprint.
White-label Delix re-deployments start at $4,800 USD. Custom courier platforms are scoped per project; fixed-price MVPs start at $7,500 USD and typically land between $18,000 and $45,000 depending on integrations, mobile apps and compliance requirements.
Yes — that’s the throughput we built for and verified under load testing. The data layer uses partitioned parcel tables with indexed status fields, and queue-driven dispatch so a single branch can comfortably process 10,000+ parcels per day without degradation.
Yes. Branches and hubs are first-class entities. The platform tracks hub-to-hub transfers with reconciliation, so leadership can see exactly which parcels are at each location, which are in transit, and which are stuck — eliminating the ‘lost parcel’ problem that breaks manual operations.
Yes. Riders get a mobile-optimised workflow for pickup, scan, delivery and proof of delivery (signature + photo). Recipients get a public tracking page with no login required. Both are included in the base build.
Yes. The platform exposes REST APIs and webhooks for payment gateways (Stripe, local providers), accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally), SMS providers (Twilio, regional gateways) and merchant marketplaces. Custom integrations are scoped per project.
